Return Window

You may request an eligible return within {{RETURN_WINDOW_DAYS}} days after the recorded delivery date. A return must be authorised by KXLE before it is shipped back. Packages sent without prior authorisation may be refused or may experience processing delays.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• have been purchased directly from the KXLE website;
• be in its original condition, without damage, modification or signs of improper use;
• include the original packaging, manuals, power supplies, remote controls and all supplied accessories;
• include proof of purchase and the return authorisation issued by our support team; and
• be packaged securely for transport.

Hygiene and Personal-Use Accessories

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-contact items—including nasal cannulas, masks, tubing, nebuliser masks, mouthpieces and similar accessories—cannot be returned for resale unless they arrived defective or damaged. If such an item is defective, contact us before disposing of it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless required by applicable law, returns are not accepted for:

• products purchased from an unauthorised third-party seller;
• products damaged by misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, incorrect voltage, liquid ingress or failure to follow the instructions;
• products with removed, altered or unreadable serial numbers or labels;
• consumables and opened personal-use accessories;
• clearance, final-sale or customised items identified as non-returnable before purchase; or
• returns requested after the applicable return period.

How to Request a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.
3. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
4. Pack the product in its original protective materials and include all components.
5. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the return is complete.

Do not send a product to an address shown on the original parcel unless our support team confirms that address in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If we confirm that the product arrived defective, damaged or materially different from the item ordered, KXLE will provide an appropriate return or replacement solution. For returns based on preference, ordering error, refusal of import charges or another reason not caused by KXLE, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Inspection and Refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original express-shipping charges, import duties and other third-party fees are normally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund. If a return is incomplete, damaged or shows use beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce or decline the refund where permitted by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different product is normally to complete an approved return and place a new order. If an exchange option is available for your destination, our support team will explain the process.

Defects and 12-Month Limited Warranty

KXLE oxygen concentrators include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of sale, subject to the warranty conditions supplied with the product. The warranty addresses eligible manufacturing defects; it does not cover consumables, ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or operation contrary to the user manual.

A warranty claim is separate from a preference-based return. Contact us with the order number, serial number and evidence of the fault so that we can provide troubleshooting or service instructions.

Product Classification and Safety

The RS053 is intended for household and personal oxygen production and is not a medical device. It is not intended for emergency treatment, life support or life extension. Do not discontinue or change prescribed oxygen therapy without advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
