The KXLE MAF052 is a lightweight portable continuous oxygen concentrator for home and on-the-go use.
It supplies oxygen continuously, not as pulse dose. Six flow settings (1–6) deliver 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 L. Oxygen concentration is 30%–93%: setting 1 is the highest concentration (93%) and setting 6 is the highest flow. Flow tolerance is ±10%. Concentration tolerance is ±3% at setting 1 and ±5% at settings 2–6.
Power is 75 W. A removable 91.6 Wh / 6.36 Ah battery and the vehicle power cable are included. The AC adapter is an optional accessory. This model does not support an external hanging battery pack.
The LCD shows the selected setting and concentration. Inlet filters are replaceable, and listed noise is ≤58 dB(A) at the highest setting. Follow the manual for setup, ventilation and care.

No. The manual states this model does not support an external hanging battery pack. One removable battery is included.
Yes. A vehicle power cable is included. Use only that cable, with the engine running, and follow the manual. The vehicle cable powers the unit; it does not charge the battery. The AC adapter, which can charge the battery, is an optional accessory.
